11/17/2002: Design Chain Associates Announces a New White Paper. DCA today released a new White Paper entitled "Avoiding Design Chain Land Mines in the High Tech Startup". The new supply chain structure that many Electronic Original Equipment Manufacturers (EOEMs) have put in place by outsourcing procurement and production has not lived up to expectations.
